Chelmsford Integrated Preschool "CHIPS" Open House & Registration

2 Preschool Girls Playing CHELMSFORD, MA – Chelmsford Public Schools is pleased to announce the Chelmsford Integrated Preschool, also known as CHIPS, will be holding an Open House & Registration event for the 2020-2021 school year on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 170 Dalton Road, Chelmsford, MA.  Parents and children are welcome to tour the facility and register for the upcoming school year. Staff will be available to discuss curriculum, project-based learning and answer questions.


CHIPS is an inclusive preschool program for children ages three to five years and live in the town of Chelmsford.  The program teaches the whole child with a well-rounded focus upon foundational pre-literacy, communication, play, self-help, fine motor, and gross motor skills to help children succeed in their first school experience.  High teacher to student ratios allows highly qualified teachers to work closely with children to facilitate learning.  Partnerships with local elementary schools and curriculum based upon the Massachusetts Preschool Curriculum Guidelines will thoroughly prepare children for kindergarten.  Class size is capped at 15 students in each classroom.  Staffing includes at least one teacher and two teacher aides in each classroom.  All students receive a great deal of individualized attention.


Three-day preschool sessions are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:15 to 10:45 a.m. or from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m.  Five-day pre-school sessions are available Monday through Friday from 8:15 to 10:45 a.m. or from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m.  Tuition is $195.00 per month for the three-day program and $295.00 per month for the five-day program.
